For centuries, flat solar panels have been the simplest as well as the most rudimentary manner used by Man to directly capture solar radiation. It was soon found to be an attractive source of energy due to being economical, non-pollutant, rational and democratic.
The sophistication of the collector, which has taken place over the last decades, instead of solving the problem of its low yield, introduced components of greater fragility to the equipment:
Due to these fragilities and the condensation which occurs internally, an installation of panels does not, as a rule, have a working life greater than six years, and hence its almost total abandonment during the 1980s.
During the last two decades, with the constant increase in fuel prices and with the emergence of new environmental awareness, there has also been a search for new processes of direct capture of solar radiation. The vacuum tubes and concentrated collectors (CPC - compound parabolic concentrators) were two examples of this effort. Both achieved yields greater than those of the 1st generation but maintain, or even further worsen, the factors which weaken their durability. Under the same conditions of utilisation as those of the 1st generation, these collectors generally have an even lower working life, with the exception of the vacuum tubes which were the only parts to evolve technologically.
No system from this generation solves, unless operating under immense areas of capture, some of the following whims of nature:
Energie Thermodynamic Solar Energy represents a substantial leap forward in the development of capture of the Sun’s Energy. With high indices of reliability and efficiency, the Energie Solar System has overcome all the limitations evident in the traditional systems.
Using simple high yielding solar panels without glass, it functions through an ecological klea (refrigerant), immediately capturing both direct as well as diffused solar radiation, as well as the heat of the surrounding environment through natural convection. Also increasing the level of energy captured, which enables the Energies solar system to work with:
The high yield of the system also enables a reduction in the area covered by panels in relation to traditional systems.
The Energie system offers a more economic solution for domestic hot water, central heating, heating of pools or heating of water for industry. And this is what makes this system the last generation of thermal solar energy.
