Having followed the recent news which called into question the quality of the solar equipment produced at your Company, I would like to set out my own experience as I have been using Energie solar panels for 10 years now.

I am a natural conservative. That’s why when I heard about solar panels for the first time, I contacted Energie, initially requesting a quote for water heating. After examining the quote, I awarded the installation of the panels and boiler and afterwards I had uninterrupted hot water, in other words, every day of the year and at any time. I would point out that regardless of solar exposure I always enjoyed this alternative energy.

Some months later, after concluding that the indoor swimming pool I have at home entailed a monthly cost of around €500, using gas, just to heat the water, I asked Energie for a further budget to extend the solution already installed for the Swimming Pool water, a system I adopted almost immediately, doing away with the fuel cost.

In the following months, analysing electricity consumption, I observed that the existing impact was an average of €25/month.
The third, and perhaps most important, stage was the migration of central heating, which had been gas until then, for the same solar solution, obviously increasing the number of panels.

Maintaining the same analysis for the EDP invoices I concluded that the impact of this final stage amounted to €50 month, in other words, I reduced energy consumption by a total of +- 70%.

Despite not having been trained in the engineering Area, I must admit I am surprised at the news in the Media which only compares technologies and fails to illustrate the consumption and independence from solar exposure of the various solutions available on the market.

I would point out that I have looked into your competitors on several occasions and can find no alternative in this area which would guarantee permanent use 365 days/year. Furthermore, some of the proposals I analysed foresaw the use of resources complementing the solar panels, improving their effectiveness but involving high electrical consumption.

For all of the above reasons I will continue to recommend your products to my friends because I believe they irreproachably meet the environmental and consumption reduction requirements.
